Hello, Magnificent Coaches!

Earlier this month I was interviewed by Henry Grossek, during his radio program entitled "Viewpoints". "Viewpoints" airs on 3SER 97.7FM, from Australia, and can also be accessed online by logging on to www.3ser.org.au. and following the links.

Henry wanted to give his listeners some insights into the nature and value of coaching, and how it differs from other approaches to self-development.

During a very fun and informative 20 minutes, some of the additional topics we discussed were:
  • the value of a quality coach
  • the challenges that befall us all in our quest to make the most of our lives and how coaching can help
  • what I have gained personally from coaching
  • and much more
I would like to thank Henry for inviting me to be a quest on his show, and for this wonderful interview.

Enjoy!

If you’d like to interview me on a topic of your choice, please send an email to assistant@karencappello.com. Kim Stacey will gladly set a date and time for us!

Love and great joy,

Karen Cappello

"The Role of Action in Developing your Business/Practice"

Please click on the title bar/link, to begin listening to this week's K-Cast. Or, if you prefer, right-click, and download to your computer for later listening! Thank you!

Hello Magnificent Coaches!

Welcome to our first K-Cast of 2007.

This week I’m interviewed by Kim Hamblin. In addition to being my wonderful technical support person, Kim is also a coach who specializes in coaching teens. If you would like to contact Kim, you can reach her at support@karencappello.com.

My conversation with Kim is on the important topic of action. Following our recent teleseminar series on Spiritual Practices, Kim wanted to gain more clarity on the role of action in developing both our spiritual practices and our business. Some of the questions asked are:

“When is the right time to take Action?”

“What's the difference between action and Inspired Action?”

“How do you know when an action is an Inspired Action?”

“What if an Inspired Action doesn't seem to be in line with your goals?”

And, on a lighter note, Kim asked me the following question – does anyone want to guess what my response might be?

“What's your favorite movie and why?”

Thank you, Kim for these questions.

If you’d like to interview me on a topic of your choice, please send an email to assistant@karencappello.com. Kim Stacey will gladly set a date and time for us!

Love and great joy,

Karen Cappello
